The Nelson Dilipkumar-directed film “Jailer,” starring South cinema phenomenal Rajinikanth, has been a smash hit in theaters.
Along with UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, superstar Rajinikanth has been to Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh, to watch his most recent movie.
“Yes, I am going to watch my film with the CM (Yogi Adityanath),” Rajinikanth said when asked about his visit to ANI. On Saturday at 7 o’clock, the actor and the CM will meet.
Before getting into his car, Rajinikanth further expressed his thankfulness for the movie’s success and modestly said, “It’s a blessing from God.”
At the Raj Bhawan in Lucknow, Rajinikanth also met Governor Anandiben Patel of Uttar Pradesh. Although the specifics of their chat are unrecorded pictures from the encounter were posted online, capturing this memorable moment.
With special cameos by Mohanlal and Jackie Shroff, the cast of “Jailer” also includes Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vinayakan, and comic Yogi Babu.
According to Sacnilk.com, the movie has made a remarkable Rs 235.65 crore in only eight days since its premiere on August 10.
