Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput entered matrimony in 2015, a decision that surprised many due to Mira’s non-filmy background. Recently, Shahid opened up about his living situation before Mira became a part of his life, revealing that he had been living with minimal essentials – just two spoons and a plate.
During an interview, Shahid Kapoor disclosed the condition of his home prior to marrying Mira Rajput, stating, “At the time of our marriage, I had just moved into a house, and Mira joined me there.” According to the actor, Mira had several complaints about their living arrangements. She questioned how he managed to survive with only two spoons and a plate. Shahid replied, “I live alone, how else should I live?”
Furthermore, discussing Mira’s reaction, Shahid added, “She mentioned that we don’t even have a proper set of dinnerware. What if guests visit? How would we serve them?” I responded, “I don’t know, maybe we’ll order food.” However, the couple now owns a new duplex apartment. Shahid mentioned that Mira has transformed their house into a place that reflects her desires, and they both take pride in it being a family-oriented home they have worked on together.
