Following the struggle against cancer, seasoned actress Bhairavi Vaidya passed away at age 67.

Veteran actress  Bhairavi Vaidya, who was best known for her parts in Aishwarya Rai’s Taal and Salman Khan’s Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, passed away after apparently fighting cancer for a short while. At 67 years old, she died on October 8.

Throughout her 45-year career, Bhairavi Vaidya worked in the entertainment sector. Bhairavi, whose abilities went beyond the silver screen, had been battling cancer for the previous six months.

The movie Nima Denzongpa from the year 2021 also featured Bhairavi Vaidya. Surabhi Das, who co-starred alongside her on the show, expressed her mourning and said, “I am saddened by the news of her passing away. I shared great times with her on sets.”

Actress Nishi Saxena from Anupamaa, who performed as Bhairavi’s granddaughter in a play, stated to the news outlet, “Bhairaviji was very close to me. It was such a shock when I came to know that she was not in this world anymore. She played my dadi in Nima Denzongpa. We used to book the same cab for Naigaon. Our shoot was there and we used to travel together. I just pray wherever she is, she is happy, and may her soul rest in peace.”

With recent appearances in the TV series Nima Denzongpa, the actress has recently contributed significantly to both Gujarati and Hindi movies as well as television. Her performances in programs like Hasratein and Mahisagar were also well-liked by viewers.
