Filmy Tree has got a chance to talk with Sikander Kher and excited to tell you that he is very sensitive, positive with clear vision in his mind and attached with his mother. And posting some brief of whole interview.
Kher talks openly about his ongoing and upcoming project. Recently completed dubbing of New Season of web series “Aarya”, shooting Location was in Jaipur. Shooting was about to delay almost 3 months due to Corona Pandemic, but finally completed and expected release by Dec 2021 on Hotstar. He told about Director Ram Madhvani who is like a family. And Madhvani is very supportive and finest Director.
He completed another project A murder mystery, suspense thriller “Monika O my Darling” with Rajkumar Rao, Huma Quershi and Radhika Apte, and he was very keen to work with Director Wasan, and starcast of films is very easy going and had fun during shooting even though he was shoot with them first time. Kher has express his gratitude to his crew and supporting staff on working very hard during Corona Pandemic.
He also reveals about his International project “The Monkey Man” and this film is debut film of Dev Patel as a Director. And kher had given auditioned 5 year before for this film to Dev and her casting director Ms. Sahar, (who unfortunately passed away in her very young age during corona pandemic). And during pandemic a call received from Dev Patel and reminds to ask him to join shoot at Indonesia. Shooting scheduled was almost four months in bio bubble. He required to gain weight around 12kg in two months through Gyming as per requirement of the film. As films was international so Crew and supporting staff very professional and great experience working with them, on same hand he miss the fun of Indian Cinema also.
