On the occasion of Independence Day, the Siddharth Anand-directed movie ‘Fighter’ just unveiled its first motion poster, which features Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in key roles.
The character’s first-look poster from Hrithik Roshan’s upcoming movie Fighter was already revealed in June. On Tuesday, July 4th, a motion poster for the action movie Fighter was presented, including the first appearances of its main characters.
Three Sukhois are seen taking off at the beginning of the motion poster, ‘Spirit of Fighter’. Then, the camera moves across to Hrithik Roshan, who will play the part of IAF officer Patty in the film. The actor looks sharp in his G-suit pilot uniform. The actor previously said that he spent roughly 12 days filming for the movie both inside and alongside the Sukhois fighter jets.
Anil Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are next presented to us; they too appear to be playing Air Force officers in the film. The motion poster includes a version of “Vande Mataram” playing in the backdrop to go in with the patriotic theme of the day.
“Fighter is a dream project, and I am pleased to have someone with Ajit Andhare’s (COO, Viacom18 Studios) vision to be teaming this with me,” said Anand, who is also making his debut as a producer under his production business Marflix. ”We hope that by releasing this movie, Indian cinema would get more recognition among action-seeking theatergoers throughout the world who like spectacle and the theater experience.”
The movie will be released in theaters on ‘India’s 75th Republic Day’ in 2024 and is directed by Siddharth Anand, who most recently produced the smash blockbuster Pathaan.
