The ‘Commando’ movie’s release date was revealed by the producers on Monday. The series from Reliance Entertainment and producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah will premiere on Disney Plus on August 11.
Filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah is set to take his “Commando “movie franchise forward which is an action thriller.
The action-thriller, which stars the vibrant and tremendously gifted Prem as Commando, will also have major parts for Adah Sharma, Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Shreya Singh Chaudhry, Amit Sial, Mukesh Chhabra, and Ishteyak Khan.
Producer, Director, and Creator Vipul Amrutlal Shah said, “Commando” is the tale of a visionary hero and his path of bravery, patriotism, and brotherhood.”
“‘Commando’ is a riveting action and drama that is likely to captivate fans. Our remarkable journey began when we invited Prem to play the part of the ultimate Commando. He is really gifted and effortlessly transitions into the role. Additionally, once more working with Disney+ Hotstar was a wonderful experience,” Shah added in a statement.
Prem Parrija is an Odisha-born actor. Seeing the downfall of the Ollywood industry. He took a step forward to make his debut as a protagonist in Movie Commando, Prem commented on the program and his role, “In the journey of bringing life to the character of Commando Virat, I had the extraordinary opportunity to work under the guidance of the esteemed director Vipul sir for my debut project.” For me, it’s like a dream has come true. I’ve wanted to be an actor since I was 11 years old, and Commando has been a watershed moment in every way. Gaining Vipul sir’s trust and confidence was an accomplishment in and of itself. Though playing the part of Commando Virat appeared to be a challenge.”
The first film in the “Commando: A One Man Army” franchise, originally starring Vidyut Jammwal, was released in 2013. It was followed by two sequels, “Commando 2: The Black Money Trail” in 2017 and “Commando 3” in 2019.
