Alexa Nikolas, a former Nickelodeon star, alleged that Joe Jonas had demanded nude images of her while they were teenagers. This issue came up during the ongoing divorce case between Joe Jonas and Dark Phoenix actress Sophie Turner.
‘Zoey 101’ actor Nikolas tweeted on Friday that she had met Joe Jonas when they were young and that he wasn’t as naive as he seemed.
“I met Joe Jonas when we were teens and let’s just say he’s the guy who wore a purity ring but asked for nudes💀,” she wrote.
When the Jonas Brothers initially rose to fame, Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas were well known for donning purity rings. The rings served as a reminder of their promise to wait until marriage before engaging in any sexual activity.
But the group later took off the rings in 2013 and acknowledged that they weren’t virgins.
