Govinda took to his Instagram on Thursday and posted a video stating that the Gurugram Violence was not tweeted by him on his Twitter account as his account was hacked.
After screenshots of his recent tweet started circulating, he stated, “Please do not attribute this Haryana’s tweet to me as I have not done this. Somebody has hacked my account. I’m just doing a complaint to ciber crime now, and I will look into the matter. I would humbly like to convey this to all the people of Haryana, to all my friends and to all my fans that my Twitter account has been hacked, which I wasn’t even using since years. And my team also denied posting anything like that. My team would never do that. As election season is approaching, some people have thought I might stand for a party. So, they might have tweeted this but I’ve never done such things. I never express my views on such matters.”
