Today, on Gandhi Jayanti, the teaser of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming ‘Tejas’ just released, which stars her as an air force pilot named Tejas Gill. The teaser only showcases her and no other co-actors.
It starts with the silhouette of Tejas, aka Kangana taking out a locket from a locker and wearing it. Then we see an aircraft named ‘LA-5007’ and her walking towards it. Her dialogue delivery and voice modulation seem perfect for the role as she says- ‘Zaruri nahi hai har baar baat cheet honi chahie, jang ke maidaan mein ab jang honi chahie’, ‘Ab toh aakash se baarish nahi aag barasni chahiye’ and ‘Bharat ko chedoge to chodenge nahi’.
Kangana took to her twitter and wrote – ‘Ready to take off for the love of our nation! Bharat ko chhedoge toh chhodenge nahi. Trailer out on Indian Air Force Day, 8th October.’
The audience on the other hand are giving mixed reactions as some are totally excited for the movie to release and to witness Kangana’s acting prowess, while the ones who are criticising her and the movie’s concept aren’t liking the teaser as well.
The movie is directed by Sarvesh Mewara, produced by Ronnie Screwvala Tejas, and will hit theatres on October 27 in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages.
