IIFFB marks its sixth year of the “Global Film Celebration” and presents exciting executive awards

In its sixth year, the International Independent Film Festival of Boston continues to draw filmmakers from all around the world. To encourage more creative artists to participate, the programming committee has extended the submission due to June 30.

Razia Mashkoor, the festival’s founder and director, emphasised her excitement for the next event by saying that “IIFFB has evolved into a platform where independent filmmakers and artists can exhibit their tremendous ability and make their views known. We are delighted to commemorate another year of outstanding film and to recognise those who have made outstanding contributions to the business.

The Lifetime Achievement Award, Friends of India, Friends of America, and Community Pride were among the illustrious executive honours Mashkoor revealed for the festival. “With these honours, we are honouring those whose extraordinary contributions and crucial support have influenced the independent movie environment. In the first week of July, we hope to announce the deserving winners,” Mashkoor continued.

IIFFB continues to offer a stage for independent filmmakers and artists to exhibit their skills and distinctive viewpoints. The festival is even more dedicated to encouraging creativity and championing up-and-coming voices.
