Trevor Noah’s event in Bengaluru was canceled at the last hour due to ‘technical concerns,’ leaving his fans disappointed.

On September 27, the performance was scheduled to start at 7.30 p.m., however, several fans expressed displeasure that it started almost 30 minutes later. After a significant portion of the crowd lost their ability to hear due to “bad acoustics,” the performance was abruptly cut short.
On the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Noah posted the following: “Dear Bengaluru, I was so looking forward to performing in your amazing city but due to technical issues we’ve bee n forced to cancel both shows. We tried everything but because the audience can’t hear the comedians on stage there’s no way to do a show. We’ll make sure all ticket holders receive a full refund and again I’m so sorry for both the inconvenience and disappointment this has never happened to us before.”
The concert took place on a day when Bengaluru experienced severe traffic jams, which only served to exacerbate the dissatisfaction of the commuters.
The event was slated to take place at the Manpho Convention Center, which is close to the Hebbal Flyover. The show’s tickets cost from Rs 2,000 and above, according to Book My Show.
