The trailer of the next sequel of Lust Stories, i.e. Lust Stories 2 is out and it promises a wholesome drama, comedy and of course love and lust.
The trailer starts with a grandmother (Neena Gupta), telling her granddaughter (Mrunal Thakur) that “This body is a volcano like Mount Fuji, only satisfied once it erupts”, and encourages her to sleep with her fiance, stating “Before buying a small car, don’t you go for a test drive? Why not test drive before marriage?”
The anthology, directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, Konkona Sen , R. Balki, and Sujoy Ghosh and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Ashi Dua has 4 stories going in parallel, starring Actors Kajol, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vijay Varma, Tillotama Shome, Amruta Subhash, Angad Bedi, Kumud Mishra, Mrunal Thakur and Neena Gupta.
The casting is getting love from the audience and everyone is excited to see – Kajol in her de-glam character, Tamannaah and Vijay on the screen for the first time, Mrunal and Neena Gupta’s conversation on lust and much more.
Although the trailer’s getting appreciated, Tamannaah and Vijay are getting trolled for their 10 second intimate scene, in which Vijay Varma sneaks into the home of his lover from 10 years ago (Tamannaah Bhatia), but she says No to sleeping with him because he’s married.
The trailer ends well with Neena Gupta asking Mrunal, “Did Mount Fuji erupt?” and Mrunal blushing over it. The promising and exciting Lust Stories 2 will be streaming on Netflix from June 29.
