Poster “Kannappa”- Vishnu Manchu To Play Shiva’s Devotee | Prabhas, Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal in Cameo…

The south industry has once again come up with a Pan-Indian movie based on the epics and tales people have grown up listening to.

This time, the film is said to revolve around a Telugu folklore wherein a man named Kannappa, who’s a tribal hunter goes from being an atheist to one of the greatest devotees of Lord Shiva, and he is also said to have plucked one of his own eyes to offer it to the deity.

Talking about the poster, which was released today, it showcases Vishnu Manchu in an ancient Hindu attire in a dense jungle, with an arrow and bow. In front of him is a river which is flowing down forming a shiv lingam shape. Below it is written- “Vishnu Manchu in and as Kannappa…The bravest warrior, the ultimate devotee.”

The actor himself went on sharing the poster on his social media, captioning – “Step into the world of Kannappa where the journey of an atheist Warrior to becoming Lord Shiva’s ultimate devotee comes to life”

The film is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, and stars Madhoo, Vishnu Manchu and Sarathkumar in the lead roles, and Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal and Prabhas in cameo roles.
