“Karisma Kapoor’s Children File Petition in Delhi High Court, Claiming Share in Late Father Sunjay Kapur’s Estate”

Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapur, have moved the Delhi High Court seeking their share in the personal assets of their late father, Sunjay Kapur, who passed away on June 12. The suit, filed through Advocates Shantanu Agarwal and Manas Arora, challenges a purported will dated March 21, 2025, naming Shradha Suri Marwah as executor. The children allege the will is forged and fabricated, created under the influence of Sunjay Kapur’s second wife, Priya Kapur, and her associates. They seek 1/5th share each in their father’s assets, a full account of his estate, and an injunction restraining the defendants from transferring or alienating his properties.
